Plastic laminate, <br />liberglass reiniorced plastic or equal may be used. The baG splash should be at lea�t 16 inches high <br />for the lull width ol ihe sink. <br />5. The Health District operating ermit application process must be completed prior to opecing br <br />business. An application and fee schedule are enclosed for your use. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions lo your layoul or equipment, ihe Snohomisn Health <br />Dis�rict musl be nolilied. <br />A pre-operetional inspection is required prior to opening lor business. Please contact this olfice about <br />one week in advance to schedule an appointment.
