Food preparation is not allowed at the three computment sink. The fresh <br />fruit sectionizer nmst be reloca[ed. <br />3. It appe:us that fresh lemons will be used for the making of lemonade. If this is the case, an <br />indirecdy drained food preparacion sink with a[ least one integ_ral drainboard i�. required. If a <br />food prep sink is installed in the adjoining room a hand wasii sink must �Isu be installed in that <br />room. <br />4. Copy of proposed menu. <br />Because of the size of this establishment and the limited avaiiable space, a revised floor plan must <br />be submitted that shows the location to which the ingredient bin and the fresh fruit sechomzer will <br />be relocated.
