I agrea with those conclusions. fiowever, the stream channel to the west of the detention pond dike, ider�tified as a Category III stream in the 1°93 letter, is not addressed in the 1998 letter- and would, I believe from the infonnation in the 1993 letter, stili be classified as a stream. If I remember correctly, the facility that Reid-Middleton had proposed, that was referred to in the 1998 letter, would not have extended the "footprinY' of the pond beyond its current westerly edge. Howe�er, as I said in our meetiny, I am not the person at the City responsible for making a stream determination on this site, or determing how the environmentally sensitive/critical areas section of the zoning code wculd apply with respect to buffers, potential relocation, etc. That ��ould be under the purview of your project planner. The letter dated November 30, 1993 indicates that since the area does not have hydric soils or wetland hydrology, it does not meet the 1989 definition of jurisdictional wetlands.
