The location of tfie <br />hydrant on the easterly projected edge of /our slte as opposed to the westerly <br />proJected edge appears to be the source of some understandable concern on your <br />part. The actual slte selection appears to have resulteA from the designated <br />location of the hydrant on plans submitted for that purpose and pursuant to field <br />;nstructions. <br />i have attached a copy of a portion of Everett Code that we will apply to tlie <br />f�Kure development that may proceed on the property adj3cent to the hydrant on <br />the South side of South 6roadway. As you will note, this code provides a method <br />for yau to be reimbursed SOS6 of the cost of installing tha f:re hydrant if thc <br />property Is developed viithin G years.
