Please review and respond to the <br />commen[s below. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions n��ay be <br />required by o[her departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All re(erences refer to the 2012 <br />lntemational Bwlding Code (IBC), the 2012 Intemational Fire Code (IFC), the 2012 In[ernational <br />��techanical Code (IhiC), and the 2012 Intemational Energy Conservation (IECC), as amended by the <br />State of Washington and adopced by the city of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard For <br />accessible design is the 2009 "�cc•_ssible and Usabte Buildings and Facllities" (ICC/ANSI A117.]). Federal <br />ADA regulations and standards may be more resUictive. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of construction documents reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />The proposed table and cnair plan indicates an occupant based on 42 chairs. Since this <br />number is less than �vhat would result from applying IBC section 1009.1.2, il is assumed you <br />may be anti�ipating the use of the exception to that section.
