On <br />September 23, an inspector from the City of Eveid a finalwalk- <br />through, and his only exception was to note that several small piles of <br />dirt be removed. This has been taken care of. <br />The City of Everett has also requested copies of the concrete test re- <br />ports. United Western will forward these to the City of Everett, and <br />they should be in receipt of them by September 28. <br />For a future point of reference, United Western suggests that the turn- <br />over/guarantee date be listed as September 28, 1987.
