I will be in contact with Bill Wallace, <br />project director with Zaremba, to execute whatever is needed <br />to finalize the Certificate of Occupancy. <br />I will also notify Target Stores Real Estate Department <br />to ensure that you have these documents within a period <br />of (14) fourteen days.
