WASHINGTON <br />98291 <br />This letter- shall document the recent series of events relative to the <br />Line Adjustment application referenced above: <br />May 30, 1988 <br />- Preliminary approval, which was originally granted by the <br />City of Everett on November 30, 1987, expired. <br />June 22, 1989 <br />- Wilsey 6 Ham, Inc. re -applied for the Boundary Line <br />Adjustment on behalf of Everett Retail Partnership and <br />submitted the required Boundary Line Adjustment <br />certificate prepared by Chicago Title Company. <br />June 24, 1988 <br />- Foster, Pepper and Shefelman, Attorneys, submitted <br />original Declaration of Ownership and original Declaration <br />of Legal Documentation signed by Dayton Hudson Corporation. <br />June 24, 1988 - <br />After further review, the Boundary Line Adjustment <br />application was granted preliminary and final approval by <br />the City of Everett. <br />June 27, 1988 - <br />The Boundary Line Adj•j-,tment/Record of Survey was recorded <br />at the Snohomish County Auditor's Office. <br />The City of Everett coordinated the necessary documentation with both 'Wilsey 6 Ham, <br />Inc. (engineers) and Foster, Pepper, and Shefelman (attorneys). <br />
