Contractor should <br />include pricing for replacement of ceiling tiles should they be damaged, stained, missing <br />and/or discolored. Replacement tiles to match existing tiles in texture color and shade. <br />If ceiling tiles are stained, Contractor to check condition of roof and notify Facilities <br />Coordinator if the roof is in need of repair. <br />CARPET: <br />Carpet installed throughout, excluding restroom(s) with Bigelow - Stati-Tuft Weldlok <br />gluedown, Dove Gray #705. Base throughout is Roppe vinyl, cove base 4.0" - Gray - #50. <br />Countrywide shall supply ;.arpet, shipped to contractor's preferred site. Contractor should <br />price floor preparation, cove base and carpet installation.
