A copy <br />of the last inspettion showing a requested cor•rection is enclosed. The Uniform Building Code <br />provides that all permits expire by limita!ion if the work authorized by the permit is <br />suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you <br />wish to prevent the permic from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final ir.spection iF the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. A&er that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approval.
