To review: <br />1) Wall Construction: <br />See enclosed detail. All walls to be constructed to the same cri- <br />teria as the shell construction. <br />2) Raised Floor Construction: <br />See enclosed sketch.' <br />3) SHrinkler Modification: <br />All work, modifications to existing sysr.em will be by shell sprink- <br />ler subcontractor. Work will be constructed per Factory Mutual <br />requiremenCs. <br />4) Interior bath finishing: <br />Per agreement, sheet vinyl flooring and epoxy wall painting at bath <br />areas by tenant. United Western will shedule its wurk with floor <br />cover people. <br />United Western trusts that this letter properly responds to the issues <br />raised in our phone versation.
