As per our telephone conversation May 22, the owner has stated that the <br />number of employees will range from four to nine, thus requiring only one <br />water closet and one lavatory. He shall also rough -in for an additional water <br />closet in the same toilet for future expansion, as well as roughing in one <br />water closet and one lavatory for a ladies toilet, if the need arises. One <br />water fountain shall also be installed. <br />2. Galvanized piping shall be used for venting of the fixtures, rather than the <br />P.V.C. as indicated on the drawings. <br />3. The owner has requested the use of a one (111) inch pipe for the water <br />service rather than the 1-1/211, so he shall require a 1" meter. <br />4. A reduced pressure backflow prevention device shall be installed on the <br />water service at a location where the domestic water supply shall be separated <br />from the remaining portion of the building. (Unit to be used shall be <br />Beeco -- Model 6-C, 111 size.) <br />We hope that this meets with your approval.
