You may appeal this determination to the Gity Clerk at City Hall, 3002 Wetmore <br />Avenue nc later than 15 days from the date the DNS becomes final by submitting <br />a written statement requesting an appeal which sets forth the name and address <br />of the person aggrieved and a clear and concise statement of the grounds for <br />the appeal. You should be prepared to make specific factual objeetions. <br />Contact Bob Landles to read or ask about the procedures for SEPA appeals. <br />NOTE: This Final DNS may be uithdrawn in the event of significant ehanges in <br />the proposal, disclosure of neN significant information, <br />misrepresentation by the applicant, or failure to comply xith the <br />conditions upon which this Deterroination of Non—Significance is <br />predicated. <br />T_NFORM6:ION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />1. Uetailed drawings in accordance with City Dc�sign and Construction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />site parking layout, landseaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion control, and all required improveruents in the <br />public right-0f—way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permit-is issued. <br />2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning.must <br />occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />3. Permits are required for destination of fill within the Everett City <br />limits. <br />4. A two—year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or <br />other drainage treatment/abatement facilities serving areas larger than <br />one acre. <br />5.� A neK SEPA revieW Will be required for any developmer.t on the vacant <br />portion of the site designated as "Building/Parking Pad For Future <br />Development:^ During this new review xe will also look at the <br />fur.ctioning of the development proposed in the current a�.plication and <br />its relationship to the proposed new development.
