WRSNINGTON <br />9B10f <br />A review of our inspection records reveals that the last inspection made at <br />the subject address was on Novenber 23, 1967. <br />Section 303(b) of the Uniform Bui7.3ing Code provides that permits expire by <br />limitation and become null and void ii the building or work authorized by <br />permit is susoended, af-tes t-I�e work is conmienced,�For a period of 180 days. <br />The Code also requires final inspection prior to occupancy for all pern�its <br />issued, and it is the responsibility of the permit holder to call for the <br />necessary i.nspecL-ions. Because..of.the�as.iime frames, your permit.has already <br />expired. <br />However, the City of Everett is at this time extendino a one-time grace <br />period to hoZders of recently expired permits. If you wish to recommence <br />work you may renew your permit at no cost for an additional 180 day period <br />by submitting a written�request to this office. The renewal request must <br />reach us by April 3, 1989. Any corrections required must be completed and <br />final approval obtained before April 3rd. Permits that have been neither <br />finaled not renewed by that date will expire. To renew the work or obtain <br />an inspection will then require the payment of a fee. <br />You may mail or d�liver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street, <br />Evezett, WA 98201.
