You may appeal this determination to the City Clerk at City }call, 3002 Wetmore <br />Avenue no later than 15 days from the date the DNS becomes final by submitting <br />a written statement requesting an appeal which sets forth the name and address <br />of the perscn aggrieved and a rlear and concise statement of the grounds for <br />the appeal. You should be prepared to make specific factual objections. <br />Contact Bob Landles to read or ask about the procedures. for SEPA appeals. <br />NOTE: This Final DNS may be withdrawn in the event of significant changes in <br />the proposal, disclosure of new significant information, <br />misrepresentation by the applicant, or failure to comply with the <br />conditions upon which this Determination of Non -Significance is <br />predicated. <br />INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the <br />public right-c£-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permitisissued. <br />2. City streets and alleys are to he kept• clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning.must <br />occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />3. Permits are required for destination of fill within the Everett City <br />limits. <br />4. A two-year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or <br />other drainage treatment/abatement facilities serving areas larger than <br />one acre. <br />5., A new SEPA review will be required for any development on the vacant <br />portion of the site designated as "Building/Parking Pad For Future <br />Development:" During this new review we will also look at the <br />functioning of the development proposed in the current application and <br />its relationship to the proposed new development.
