Apparently, the final <br />inspection on the building, prior to opening, generated a <br />list o£ corrective work and only a temporary Certi£icate oi <br />Occupancy. We never called £or a reinspec:ion. <br />Last month I reviewed the list of corrective work <br />onsite and subsequently met with the Buildi.ng Dept. The <br />only remaining items are the installation oF 3 exit lights <br />(ane at each side entrance and one at the rear building <br />entry). The plans and, therefore> our subcontract <br />specifically call £or five. I've enclosed t:�e plan <br />information to substantiate the problem. <br />Please install the three requi^�d lights, issue us a <br />credit £or the remaining two, and advi�e our of£ice when the <br />work is complete.
