Work under your permits will no longer be authorized <br />unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br />all required inspections are pertormed. Please contact us by ]anuary 14, 2011 to request <br />extension or to schedule inspections. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm <br />without final approval.
