� <br />2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed development. <br />However, the existing District faciiities in the local area may require upgrading. Cost of any work, <br />new or upgrade, to existing facilities that is required to connect this proposed development to the <br />District eiectric system shall be in accorclance with the applicable District policy. The development <br />will be required to supply tha District with suitable locations/easements upon their property for any <br />underground electrical facilities that must be installed to serve the proposed development.
