Also, provided is the <br />cost site work estimate for determining applicable fees. <br />Please note that we have revised the internal parking lot layout per our <br />conversation on June 17, 1987 regarding the aisle width of the main entrance. As <br />indicated on the site plan, we have provided 28-foot aisle widths for the entrances at <br />the east and west end of the site adjacent to Everett Mall Way. In doing so, we have <br />increased the main entrance aisle width by an additional four feet (30 feet), which will <br />now allow better traffic flow. <br />Please review these final plans and place the proper signature approvals on <br />each original mylar.
