At the meeting we <br />agreed to the changes indicated below. <br />The site plan has been revised to show 935 vehicle parking spaces, after elimination of 5 <br />stalls behind Building "B" near access doors, and inclusion of 5 pairs of stalls randomly <br />placed throughout the parking area for evergreen trees and related landscape materials. <br />The landscape plan will be revised to show the materials mentioned above; 5 to 6 foot <br />evergreens in the islands at the south end of the parking rows; six, thre : loot tall <br />evergreens per 100 square feet of required landscape area; and 13 feet of landscaping <br />between the west fence and Third Avenue sidewalk. <br />We trust this will resolve all open questions and that the necessary permits can be <br />issued immediately.
