M1 <br />h^Y <br />k <br />"unlimited area" building. (By way of explanation, but not <br />limitation, such bui'9ing classification is designated II-N or 5N <br />under the Uniform Building Code.) So long as Target plans to <br />construct a build-*n3 of such classification, or so long as a <br />building of such classification exists on the Target Tract <br />(including any restoration or reconstruction thereof), Developer <br />agrees that any building to be placed or constructed on the <br />Developer Tract shall (i) either be (1) attached to a building on <br />the Target Tract, if and as reflected by the Site Plan or (2) <br />located more than sixty (60) feet from the Building Area on the <br />Target Tract, (ii) either be attached to or located more than <br />sixty (60) feet from any building on the Developer Tract which is <br />attached to a building on the Target Tract and (iii) comply with <br />the requirements of said classification, including without <br />limitation the installation of an approved sprinkler systems for <br />fire protection for those buildings which are attached, directly <br />or indirectly, to a building on the Target Tract. In order to <br />confirm the existence of a sixty foot (60') yard or clear area <br />around the Target building and the buildings, if any, which are <br />included within (i) and (ii) above, it may be necessary to place <br />of record an instrument establishing the same. Each Party agrees <br />to join in the execution of such instrument in a form <br />satisfactory to such Parties. In addition to the requirements <br />set forth above, no building shall be located, placed or <br />constructed on the Developer Tract in a manner which will itself <br />
