ADDENDUM TO MITIGATED <br />DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA #79-94 <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: (Original Proposai) - The intitial proposal was construction of <br />32,000 sq�are feet of retail space in two buildings on a 2.8 acre site. A Mitigated Determination <br />o� Non-Significance was issued for this proposal on June 9, 1995. A Planning Director Decision <br />was issued at that time (II.0 #9-95), allowing a reduction of the required wetland buffer. <br />(Revised Proposai) - A revised SEPA site plan was submitted on September 12, 1995 to <br />construct 30,800 square feet of re}ail space in a single buildiny, with 103 parking stalls. The <br />applicant also filed an application for a"reasonable use determination" to aliow the proposed <br />parking lot and driveway to encroach into a required buffer for an environrnentally sensitive <br />steep slope. <br />ADDENDUM: The lead agency has de;errtiined that this proposal would not have a significant <br />adverse impact under SEPA, and that no furiher mitigs,tion is required.
