The 6uildings aze proposed <br />to be constructed in tv�,, pl�ases, with the Phase I building consisting of 12,000 squaze feet. A <br />total of 107 pazking ctalls would be constructed. The Applicant also pmposed to reduce the <br />buffer for a Catego y II wetland from 75 feet to 40 feet, and reduction of the top-of-bank of an <br />environmentally �ensikive steep slope from 25 £eet to 12.5 feet. The listed requirements aze placed in response to our <br />review of this information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION <br />A Hydraulics Project Approval (HPA) From tha State Department of Fisheries or Wildlife <br />may be required for this project due to dischazge of stormwater within the North Creek <br />drainage basin. A copy of the HPA or a letter from the Department of Fisheries or <br />Witdlife stating that an HPA is not needed should be included along with the plans for <br />Public Works review. Note: More stringent detention and water treatment requirements <br />than the City would impose may be placed on the project as a condition of the HPA. <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding pmperties. <br />(SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />
