These <br />comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Cude 1995 Edition, <br />unless s[ated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Div�sion with two copies of revisions reflecting necessary <br />corrections. <br />1. The plans are required to indicate compliance with the envelope requirements of the 1995 <br />WSEC. <br />2. Access via a ramp or elevator is required to the new lower level per UBC Chapter 11 <br />(State Amendments). <br />3.
