The drawings have been reviewed and revisions are required. Please submit either two prrnted sets or one e-mailed set of the requested support drawings. Upon resubmission, plan review will resume and your application will be given priority. General 1. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. Structural l. Please identify the weights of the permanent and temporary signs on the drewings. 2. Since one sign is temporary, piease note the temporary method of attachment. 3. The permanent sign attachment drewing details should be s�ecific to include the wall materials, depth and rype of attachment, and the location of the number of attachments required to resist forces from wind, greviry and seismic loading, per IBC 1603.1. . In addition to a section showing the wall material and altachment types and vertical spacing, the sign attachments should be shown in elevation, to indicate the number, location, and minimum horizontal spacing of the attachments. These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departi��.:nts (Utilities, Public Works, or Planning). Code references cited include the 2012 International Building Code . (IBC). All codes referenced, as adopted by the City of Everett, shouid include current revisions by the State of Washington.
