All iloors in the kitchen, food preparation, food service, food storage, and dishwashing areas must be <br />surfaced with a durable, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable materiaL Bxpansion joints, seams, saw cuts <br />and the like in concrete iloors in a11 areas, incfuding customer seatmg areas, must be filled and <br />scaled so as to provide a smooth and cleanable surSace. <br />12. The ceiling abovc thc food preparation areas must be non-perforated, nonabsorbent, smooth and <br />casily cleanable. <br />13. All light fixtures in food prcparation and storage areas must be providcd with covers or shatterproof <br />bulbs. <br />14. Plumbing must meet state and local codes. <br />15. 7'he ventilation system shall be installed and operated to meet applicable building, mechanical, and <br />fire codes. <br />16. This amount of food storagc refrigerution at this facility does nnt meet thc current minimum <br />requiremcnt of 144 cubic fect of storage refrigeration. The conditional plan �pproval for less <br />th�n the minimum required 144 cubic feet of refrigcration is based upon the information <br />submitted during thc plan revicw process and is for thc current facility owner only and is not <br />transfer�ble with ownersliip cl�anges. <br />A preoperational inspection is required prior to operating permit issuance and a�pproval to open <br />for business. At the time of inspection the construction of the food service establishment must be <br />complete and all equipment must be in place and in proper operating condition. ]ncomplete construction <br />or equipment operation will result in a$160.00 remspechon fee. Requests for a preoper�tional <br />inspection must bc reccived at Ic�st nnc wcek in advance of the d�tc bcing requcsted for thc <br />inspection.
