Tlie <br />following information is needed prior to further plan review. <br />1. No manufacturer name was submitted for the walk-in re&igerator. The manufacturer name <br />for this unit must be submitted. <br />2, VegetaUles and raw meat preparation (washing) is indicated by the menu review you <br />submitted. The rivo-compartment food preparation sink shown on the floor plan cannot be <br />used for both vegetable and ra�v meat preparation. Because of this, a food preparation sink is <br />needed for vegetable preparation and a separa[e food preparation sink is needed for raw meat <br />thawing, washing and preparation. <br />3. SuUmit a revised floor plan, drawn to scale, showing location of all equipment, plumbing <br />fixtures and the like that inciudes the required additional sinks and information.
