These <br />would be co�idered ground aigns. Each permit fee was $2.00. We do not have <br />a$2.00 permit fee the minicmm is $5.00. <br />The Permit should not have been issued and the permit fee is incorrect. Can <br />we invalidate the permit? <br />The Outdaor Advertieiag Department of the Traffic Operutions of the Department <br />of liighttaye wculd like ue to imralidate the permits.
