If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation <br />of completion, you may: <br />or <br />or <br />1) Request an inspection of work that haz occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />3) Submit a written request for a 130 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approval.
