This inspection was conducted in response to an inquiry as to <br />the safety and adequacy of the existing exits. <br />The following are the facts as known: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />The occupancy covers zpproximately 3200 square feet. <br />9ased on the square footage, thE assigned occupant load would be in <br />excess of 50, the load which would requi�e two (2) exits. <br />Two exit doors currently exist, located approximately six feet apart. <br />The actual occupant load does not now exceed nor has it ever exceed2d 50. <br />5. The occupants of the classroom are the same persons who later occupy the <br />working space in which training for, and actual cosmetic exercises are <br />taking place. <br />It has been determined by the undersigned that no additional means of egress <br />will be required at this time providing the following conditions are met: <br />1. A sign stating 'OCCUPRNT LORD LIMIT 49' be posted above and between the <br />existing exit doors. <br />2 <br />3 <br />A sign stating 'THESE DOORS ARE TO REMPIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS AND <br />CLASSROOM HOURS' be posted below the sign specified in condition 1. <br />The decorations obstructing the second doorway must be removed and a <br />clea:- pathway to both doors must be maintained at all times. <br />: �'.r+,-,>..-. _�F_.r.«:.. ......�.�,.;r.» :.... :.....:. .�,-�d,=.rzd+ir+.gv.:,�...�:..,..,r ..�.:�_:. poa . ���_.. m,L-�?.� <br />
