The following <br />additions, changes, and additional information must be sub- <br />mitted prior to final approval. <br />1) All equipment shall meet the requirements of the National <br />Sanitation Foundation (N.S.F.). Except for properly trapped open sinks, there shall <br />be no direct connection between the sewerage system <br />and any Irains originating from equipment in which <br />food, portable equipment or utensils are placed. <br />B.
