The following information is needed prior to further plan review. <br />1. List of equipment noting manufacturer and model numbers. <br />2. Finish schedule fo:r floors, walls, ceilings, counters and cabinets. <br />3. Plumbing schedule. <br />A floor plan, drawn to scale, showing location of all equipment, plumbing fixtures and the <br />like. The scale of the drawing should be 1/4 inch equals 1 foot. Submit plan review application and plan review fee. <br />The floor plan you submitted indicates an a proposed two to three fold increase in seating for the <br />restaurant. 'fhe plan dces not indicate any immediate increase in refrigeiation to accommodate the <br />increase in food storage, food cold holding and cooling. <br />The inspection records for your restaurant show, with the cunent refrigeration and seadng for <br />forty, that there has been difficulties with cooling, cold holding and storage of food. <br />Prior to any approval to increase seating at your restaurant the following is required: <br />1. <br />� <br />Install new refrigeration, including a walk-in refrigerator, to meet the proposed increase in food <br />stora�e, cold holding and cooiing requirements. This refrigeratiou must be National Sanitation <br />Foundation ,( NSF ), listed. The refngeration must also be NSF listed for its intended use, ( <br />i.e. cooling, cold holding, etc. ) <br />It must be demonstrated that you have solved your cuaent problems in reoard to cooling, cold <br />holding and storage of food. <br />3.
