Additional revisions, or additions, may be <br />required by otl�er departments (sudi as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to tl�e <br />2003 International Building Code, as amended by tlie State of Washington and adopted by the <br />City of �verett and the Wasliington State �nergy Codc, 2G04 Edition, unle�s stated oUierwise. <br />In order for tite processing of your application to continue, it will Ue necessary to provide <br />Uie Building Division wiUi two complete ne�v sets of drawiugs reflecting tlie corrections <br />requested. <br />The job description indicates a reduction in tl�e size of tl�e facility. Tl�e construction <br />documents are required to indicate how this is to Ue accomplished. Which walls are to <br />be demolisl�ed? Wl�ich walls are to be added? How are tl�ese walls to be constructed? <br />Will the existing of neighboring occupancies be affected? <br />2. Construction details sl�ould be provided for all new walls. Walls wid�in 1_8" of Type 1 <br />hoods are required to be of non-combustible materials. See IMC 507.9. <br />Please provide building code information including construction type, sprinkler <br />requirements, occupancy classification and occupant load. <br />4. All egress doors are required to swing in tl�e direction of egress. IBC 1008.1.2. <br />� 5. Wheelchair maneuvering clearances are required at all doors. See ICC/ANSI A117.1- <br />2003, Section 404.2.3. All door sizes should be indicated on the floor plan. <br />� 6. Accessible water closets are required to have a clearance of 60" minimum, measured <br />l� perpendicular from We sidewall and 56" minimum, measured perpendicular from the <br />rear wall.
