Sections 105.5 <br />and R105.5 of the International Building Code and International Residen[ial Code state that permits <br />become invalid if the work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. <br />Work under your permits will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstra�e continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your last <br />inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permilted work is properly and safely completed, and that all <br />required inspections are performed. Please contact us by May 18, 2015 to schedule inspections <br />or request extension. After that tine the file will be sent to microfilm without final approval. <br />Please note that we will not be seii�ing repeated letters if after further inspections the permit once <br />again reaches expiration.
