9
Mr. Robert Elopfield
Broadway Auto Ntreclaing
615 South Broadway
Everett, Washington 98203
Dear Mr. Hopfield:
The City has received a complaint regarding wrecked
vehicles lying adjacent to South Broe.dway on your
property. A visual inspection by our Community
Development epartment St_aff verifies this situa¢tion
and further revealed that refuse is beinq deposited into
a ravine area on the Southwesterly edge of your
property.
Each of these practices is in violation of the Everett
City Code •.hich requires that junk vehicles be located
behind a sight obscuring fence and that all refuse be
deposited in an aut:ori.zed sanitary landfill site.
Our records indicate that you have been requested to
alleviate these problems on at least four occasions
 over the past year.
I mus,t therefore request that this matter be attended
to within fifteen da of this date. Should corrective
actions not be taken within that period, I will assume
that you wish the City to proceed on a more formal basis.
Sincerely
Allen J. Hendricks
City Attorney
cc: Flilliam Taggard
Rt. 2, Box 59
Arlington, Wash. 98223
bcc: Robert Royce
Frank Bennett
