Budden:
In answer to your letter of isrch 23rd 1971, I do not inten, that
the old building on the prooerty be occupied by anyone.
For your information T had not been satisfied with the operation
on this property by Floyd's Auto Wreckin for soe time. After
several months of trying to persuade him to move, I wa.s forced to
take legal action to get him out.
This nrooerty hes been used for a wrecking yard for over 15 yeara
and has the necessary set backs and green belts. After no ore
burnin wa.s allowed I began to notice that a lot of burnable debris
was accumulating rhich caused me concern. But as Salsbury was a
lipenaed onerator and therefore subier,t to rules and regulatlons
that I suposed governec this kind of business, I felt there oras
nothing much I could do.
Qoncerning Chanter 17.Ofi Auboish.
Im now givin, my attentlon and tliou`iit to tl?e best wa to clean up
the lace.
