The total <br />dra?nage fee paId to date for thts project Is $8,921.13. Tfiis amount pays for the <br />1,500 cubic feet of lost natural detentIon due to prevIous earthwork and for <br />Phax I constructton. <br />Phase iI constructlon, consistinp of ihe remaining 4.16 acres, will reo��Ire <br />constructlon of an on-site detention facility wtth a volume of 8,764 cublc feet or <br />payment of a dralnage fee. At the curreni unit draInage fee of $2.35 per cublc <br />foet� the Phase I[ drainage fee would be $20,595.40. However, Phase lI <br />construction must comply wlth the Citys dralnage ordinance, pollcies, and <br />procedures in effect at the tlme of development.
