These <br />comments address builaing issuas only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Firel. All references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, <br />unless stated otherwise. - <br />In order for the processinp of yovr application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />providQ the �uilding Divis�on with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting <br />the corrections requested. <br />1. The building mast be accessible to persons with disabilities per Section 1103.1.1 and <br />Section 1103.1.3. <br />The interior and on�� service window must be accessible as follows: <br />a. Provide a ma:cimum �/z inch threshold at the entrance or provide a ramp with landings, <br />handrails etc. Section 1106.6. <br />b. Frovide an 18 inch unobstnicted floor space on the strike side of the d�or. Section <br />1106.10.3.1. <br />Provide a 60 inch unobstructed floor space perpendicular to the door, 4'-6" wide. <br />Section 1106.10.3.1. <br />c. One service window must be 36 inches wide and not more than 36 inches above grade. <br />Section 1105.4.7.2 and Section 1106.24.2. <br />2. The building must comply with the energy code.
