It is understood that the culvert will extend 225 feet from the northwest <br />property corner. • <br />2. A siit fence or other suitable filtering device shall be placed immediately <br />downstream from the project. <br />3. All fill slopes shall be mulched and seeded immediately to prevent erosion. <br />4. Extreme care shall be taken to assure that no petroleum pruducts, fresh <br />cement, concrete or other deleterious material is allowed to fall, be <br />wasted into or otherwise enter surface waters. <br />5.
