WASNINGTON <br />BOSOI <br />Construction activities may not cause excess dirt and debris to be tracked on to <br />the City right-of-way. This condition will be governed in accordance with <br />Everett Municipal Code 13.28.160 and 13.28.230 and item 4 of the Final <br />Declaration of Non-Significance 81-62. Any activities that will call for access to <br />the public right-of-way will be done so on an Approved and Improved driveway. <br />This driveway should be on 7th Avenue S.E. and will be constructed in such a <br />rnanner as to exclude dirt and debris from tracking on to the public right-of-way. <br />Refrain from using other driving areas until they meet this condition. Failure to <br />abide with this condition will be cause to have a 5top Work order posted on all <br />on-site activities. <br />In addition, any materials lost from the truck during transit will be cleaned up to <br />the satisfaction of the City. Sections of the street, wherever attributable to the <br />project deemed by the City to require cleaning, will be cleaned with a street <br />sweeper only and to the satisfaction of the City. <br />Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated. <br />If you require assistance, please call Ruben A.
