Cverett h7a11 :Vay <br />Dear h1r. Murray: <br />Reviewing your prelirninary plans, we have determined the following changes <br />shalt be incorpnrated in the plans: <br />1. [ndicate on the plan that the temporary erosion control fence shall <br />be 20' from the toe of the siope and control any run-off from the <br />projected worl< area. However, it shall not interfere with the flow <br />from the 24" culvert. <br />2. a. Make minor revisions to notes deslgnated "Grading dc Temporary <br />Erosion/Sedimentation Control". <br />b. DeletP existing item S and revise as follows: "The top of the <br />fill shali he covered �vith mulch at the rate of 1000ii/acre. The <br />fill slope shall be cevered with plastic an� secured in place <br />immediately af2er tne wo;k is compieted. Reseeding of bare <br />soil wIll he requ[red during the next growinq which shail be deemed <br />to be no later than h4ay 1, 1982. <br />c. Add item 11. Filter Fabric fence to be installed immediately after <br />installatlon of the 24" culvert. <br />d. Add item 12. Culvert must 6e Installed prior to the placement <br />of any fill materIal. <br />e. Revise item 2. "Storm Drainage Notes".
