Thls condition will be governed in accordance with <br />Gverett NlunIcipal Code 13.28.160 and 13.28 �30 and item 4 of tiie FInal <br />Declaration of Non-Significance 8l-62. Any activities that will call for access to <br />the public right-of-way will be done so on an Approved and Improved drIveway. <br />Thls driveway should be on 7th Avenue S.E. and will be constructed in such a <br />manner as to exclude dIrt and debris from tracking on to the public right-of-way. <br />Reirain from using other drlving areas until they meet this condition. Failure to <br />abide w[th this condition will be cause to have a Stop Worlc order posted on ail <br />on-site activlttes. <br />In addition, any materials lost from the truck during transit will be cleaned up to <br />the satisfaction of the City.
