Thereafter, he put <br />the ecology block over the top of the catch basin, inorder <br />to prevent somebody from falling into it. It is his intention <br />to reinstall the cover when the property is developed. He is <br />willing to install a grate cover per your request if the <br />city will assume the responsibility if the cover is subsequently <br />stolen.
