Owner agrees to provide a sepazate and accessible toilet facility for each sex in the <br />event of any future tenant improvement where the new tenant has more than four employees working <br />together at any time and further agrees to save harmless and indemnify the City. <br />2, Owner agrees that the rights and obligations of this Agreement are bindin� on his <br />respec6ve heirs, successors or assigns and �hall run with the land. <br />OWNER <br />I <br />
