The structure at the above address is a one story steel frame building with a <br />mezzanine. Residential Art of Design has prepared a set oF"As-BuilP' plans for the <br />structure which show the extent of the tenant improvements that are under consideration. <br />The scope of the work only involves removing/revising interior partition walls. The wind <br />envelope of the building is not being altered. The seismic mass of the building is not <br />going to be substantially altered.
