If fire protection is necessary, the ?" <br />will probably not be adequat� and the connection will have to be extended across <br />South Broadway from the 12'•'. This would entail considerable expense Uecause it <br />would probably require boring and installing a casing. The otlier alternative <br />would be to replace the existing 4" pipe with 8" pipe fTom 7th Avenue to a point <br />adjacent to the proposed building site. Both methods would be at the expense of <br />the b:ulder or owner. � <br />The proposed construction will not have a significant impact on the water system. <br />The Water Department should have no objection to the proposal. <br />SEWERS: � . . � <br />; <br />A 36" sanitary sewer trunk line is available to serve this area on the north side of <br />South Broad�vay.
