Evere'". Mall Office Park.
1. Threa blueline sels if the Civil Engineering Design P1ans, inctuding grading and storm
drainage, sever and water service, and details and construcfion notes.
2. Two copies c.` se Storm Drainage Report and calculadons for ihe project.
The water qualiry requirements for this project will be accomplished through a combinadon of
t-iofiltradon swales and an oil/water/grit separator. Exisfing soils do not allow for adequate infitration of
;torm water and because this pareel is the last phase of the development in the Everett Mall Office Pazk,
uere is inadequate room for wet ponds. 7'he City of Everett storm drainage requirements have been
upiated several times since the ini6al phases of the Everett Ma1 Office Park. 1'he storm syetem for the
theawr addition was originally intended to ba expanded as necessary to serve this remaining uarcel. As
I discussed wth You last week, there is approzimately 30,000 square feet of addidonal impervious area
which will be created by the development of Buildings 5 and 6. We are in the process of verifying the
capacity of the exis6ng regional storm system to determine if it has adequate capacity for this aistisional
area. Because of the depth of the exisfing storm system for the theater addipon, it would be very difficult
to design a detendon system to serve this parcel. I will forward copies of our capacity analysis for your
review as soon as it is completed.
18215 72ND AVENUE SOUiH KENT, WA 98032 (206) 251-6222 (ZO6) 251-8782 FA%
