With the addition of the <br />foliow(ng, the plans are approved. <br />(1 ) A properly vented dual chedc vatve device or an approved reduced pressure backflow <br />assembly belween copper pipe or tubtng and carbonated beverage dlspensing machines is <br />required. <br />( 2) The Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior to <br />opening for business. <br />If there are any signiflcant changes or additions to your layout or equtpment, the Snohomish <br />Health D(strict must be notiBed. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. Please contact the Food <br />Proprem offtce about one week in advance to schedule an appointment.
