INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />The following infortnation is provided for the developers benefit. These are not SEPA <br />conditions. Ali requirements are preliminary in nature, and are based upon the <br />preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for SEPA review. <br />The proposal m��st camply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete <br />building permit application is filed, including those not specHically set forth <br />herein. (Exception: For vesting under the Zoning Code, please refer to Section 44 of <br />the Zoning Code). Contact the Planning Department for infortnation regarding appeals <br />processes for the requirements listed in this document. <br />1. Compiy with the State Buiiding Code regarding number and type of handicap <br />accessibie parking spaces. <br />2. The number and geometry of the parlcing stalls must meet City standards. <br />3. Comply with Review Process I#19-97. <br />4. The canopy must be sprinklered if over four feet in width. <br />
