The total additional lighting power allowance is the sum of allowances for sales categories I, ii, or iii plus an additional <br />1,000 watts for each separate tenant larger than 250 square feet in area. <br />The additional waltage is allowed only if the merchandise display luminaires comply wilh all of the following: <br />(a) Lorated on ceiling-mounted track or directly on or recessed i�lo the ceiling itsetl (not on the wall). <br />(b) Adjustable in both Ihe horizonlal and veAical azes (vertical axis only is acceptable for fluorescent and other fixtures with lwo <br />poinls of track altachmenp. <br />This additional li9hting power is allowed only if the lighting is actually inslalled and automatically controlled, separately from the general <br />lighting, to be turned oH during nonbusiness hours.
